Square channel - First Steps

Congratulations! You just finished connecting your Square store with Jasper PIM. Here's a “First Steps” guide for you.

• To access your PIM just click “Launch”:

• Welcome to your PIM! This is the very first page you’ll see:

• We already initiate an import of your Square products. You can check the progress on the “Jobs” page, just click on “Jobs” at the side menu. Look it’s “In Progress”:

• You can click it to check more details:

• After the import is “Finished” you can start updating your products from PIM and the changes will appear on your Square! First check if your Square channel is “Enabled” by going on “Configuration > Channels”, it should be “Enabled” right after the import is done:

• Now you can check your items on “Products”:

• Click on one product to edit it. Let’s change it’s “Long Description”:

• Click “Save & Sync” after your changes are complete:

• You can see the changes on your Square. It may take some seconds if the update is too big:

Remember to always update your product data from Jasper PIM. There’s a lot more that we can do, more details in our next guide.
