Step 1: Accessing Channel Settings
Navigate to Channel Settings:
Go to the Jasper PIM dashboard.
Locate the channel you wish to configure for BigCommerce Multistore sync.
Open the Options Tab:
Within the channel settings, click on the Options tab. This is where you'll find the settings necessary for enabling Multi-Storefront functionality.
Step 2: Enable Multi-Storefront
Turn on Multi-Storefront:
Under the BigCommerce Channel Options section, locate the "Enable Multi-Storefront" setting.
Set this option to "Enabled - Multi-Storefront is ON."
Configure Multi-Storefront Enabled Channels:
After enabling Multi-Storefront, you will see a field to select the specific storefronts you wish to sync with. This allows you to specify which of your BigCommerce stores will receive the product data from Jasper PIM.
Step 3: Importing Multi-Storefront Information
Go to the Import Tab:
Navigate to the Import tab within the channel configuration. This tab is crucial for importing all necessary data related to your Multi-Storefront setup.
Run Import Processes:
Run the following processes in sequence:
Import BigCommerce Multi-Store Channels
Import BigCommerce Multi-Store Product Channel Assignments
Import BigCommerce Multi-Store Categories
Import BigCommerce Multi-Store Price Lists
These processes will ensure that all Multi-Storefront data, including channels, product assignments, categories, and price lists, are correctly imported into Jasper PIM.
Step 4: Configure General Details
Return to General Details:
After completing the imports, go back to the General Details section of the channel configuration.
You will now find your Multi-Store channels listed here.
Set Version, Language Code & Base Category:
For each Multi-Store channel, select the appropriate version, language code, and base category. These settings will ensure that the correct storefront data is used during the sync process.
Step 5: Finalize Channel Setup
Enable/Disable Child Products:
You will also have an option to enable or disable all child products on this channel. This setting allows you to control whether products are automatically enabled or disabled across your selected storefronts.
Save Your Settings:
Once everything is configured to your satisfaction, save your settings in Jasper PIM.
Step 6: Syncing Products
Initiate Sync:
With the Multi-Storefront enabled and all settings configured, you can now proceed to sync your products to the selected BigCommerce storefronts.
Monitor Sync Status:
It’s advisable to monitor the sync process to ensure that all products are correctly updated across the various storefronts.
