Creating Your PIM

Email Verification Process

To verify your email address, please follow these steps:

  1. Locate the Verification Email:

    • Check your inbox for an email from our team containing the verification link.

  2. Click the Verification Link:

    • Open the email and click on the provided link to verify your email address.

  3. Check Your SPAM or Junk Folder:

    • If you do not see the email in your inbox within a few minutes, please check your SPAM or junk folder.

  4. Request a New Verification Link:

    • If the email is not in your inbox or SPAM folder, you can request another verification link by clicking the button labeled "Request Another" on the registration page.

By following these steps, you can complete the email verification process and activate your account.

 

Creating Your First PIM After Email Verification

Once you have successfully verified your email address, you can proceed with creating your first Product Information Management (PIM) system. Follow these steps to get started:

  1. Navigate to the My Products Tab:

    • After logging in, go to the My Products tab in your dashboard.

  2. Create Your First PIM:

    • Click the button labeled Create Your First PIM. This will initiate the setup process for your new PIM system.

  3. Choose Your Plan:

    • You will be presented with a selection of available plans. You can choose a plan that suits your needs or opt for a free trial to explore the features of Jasper PIM.

  4. Name Your PIM:

    • Enter a unique and descriptive name for your PIM. This name will help you easily identify your PIM system within the platform.

  5. Select Your Region:

    • Choose the region that is geographically closest to your physical location. Selecting the appropriate region helps optimize performance and ensures data compliance with local regulations.

  6. Complete the Setup:

    • Once you have named your PIM and selected your region, click Create to finalize the setup. Your new PIM system will be ready to use, and you can start managing your product information.

By following these steps, you will successfully create your first PIM in Jasper and be ready to start organizing and managing your product data efficiently.

Finalizing Your PIM Setup

After you have completed the setup steps for your PIM, please follow these instructions to finalize and launch your PIM:

  1. Confirm Your Details:

    • Review all the details you have entered, such as the PIM name and selected region.

    • Once you are sure that the information is correct, click the Confirm button to proceed.

  2. Launch Your PIM:

    • After confirming the details, you will be directed to a new screen.

    • From this screen, you can launch your PIM by clicking the Launch button.

By confirming your details and launching your PIM, you will have full access to your new PIM system, ready to manage and organize your product information.
