How Do I Clone A Product?

First make sure that all the information you wish to carry over is populated on the product you wish to clone. Next from the sidebar, click Clone. The default name is "Copy of xx", where xx is the name of the current product. Make any alterations you wish to the name and click Create Clone.
You will then be taken to the new product and can finish the enrichment process.

Cloned products are intended to function as separate products within the PIM and on your publication channels. If you are looking to create a parent child relationship where groups of similar items display on a single product page with pivotable choices tied to SKUs read this article on Understanding Options and Parent Child Products.
