Tags

General Information - Tags

The Tags Tab is located under the General Menu on the Product Edit Page. This page displays the existing tags assigned to products and add new tags.

Existing Tags

You can see a list of all the tags assigned to each product in this section. You can also remove tags by clicking on (-) icon on the right end of each tag.

Add New Tag

You can assign new tags to products by entering the value for the new tag and clicking on the Assign New Tag button.

Batch Action to Add/ Remove Tags

You can add or remove tags on multiple products at once via the bulk action inside the PIM. You can do this following the steps below:

1. Access the products by clicking products from the left side navigation menu

2. Select the products from the list of products

3. Click the Gear icon on the upper right of the page next to the Create Product button to display the list of available batch actions.

4. Choose Add/remove tag from the menu

5. Choose to Add or Remove tags

6. Choose the version you want the tags to be assigned to from the Version drop-down list

7. Select the “Search by ids” checkbox

8. Confirm your batch process by clicking on Done
