How to set-up "login with Okta"

To enable the “login with Okta” first you have to go into your Okta dashboard in order to create a new OIDC app. Check if you have the proper permission to do that and then follow the instructions provided by Okta at: Create OpenID Connect app integrations

When configuring your OIDC app, remember to set the value of “Sign-in redirect URIs” to: https://login.jasperpim.com/integrations/okta/callback

After successfully creating the OIDC app, log into your Jasper PIM account and click on the “manage” link of the PIM you want to enable the Okta login.

Now click on “Okta credentials” at the side menu bar. Only the PIM owner has access to this.

Now copy the “Client ID”, “Client Secret” and “Okta Domain” from your Okta OIDC app into the fields “Client ID”, “Client Secret” and “Company Domain”.Set a name in the “Company Name” field; then toggle “Enable login with Okta” and click “Save”.

Remember that the “Company Domain” must start with “https://”.

Whenever you want to disable this feature just turn off “Enable login with Okta” and “Save”.

All right! You’re good to go!

To login with your Okta profile, at the login page click on “Login with Okta”.

Now type the company name, as registered previously, and click login.

You’re going to be redirected to your Okta, and will need to login there if your session is not active, and then back to Jasper.

Keep in mind that to login with Okta your e-mail registered on Jasper PIM must be the same e-mail registered on Okta.

You still control who will have access to the PIM by adding each user in the “Users” section in the PIM, but once you added them they will be able to login directly using Okta.
