The Dashboard

When you first log into the Jasper PIM you are greeted by a high-level snapshot of the state of your products called the Dashboard. This article will walk you through each of the widgets and their use.

Dashboard Elements

1. Dashboards manager

Users can easily create new dashboards with all available widgets in Jasper PIM by simply clicking on the dashboard manager.

2. Dashboard Selector

The dashboard selector allows users to easily switch between all available dashboards.

3. Product Count

The system displays the count of individual products created in Jasper PIM.

4. Product Datapoint Count

It shows the count of data points associated with products, including attributes, categories, and assets.

5. Catalog Activity

The catalog activity displays a timeline of the changes made within the Jasper PIM system.

6. Data quality information

The Data Quality Information Session provides PIM users with an overview of the most common issues that could impact product visibility on e-commerce platforms.

7. Syncs

Sync Section display a timeline of syncs performed to update PIM information across the e-commerce channels linked to Jasper PIM.

8. Recent Activity

It displays the most recent changes made in Jasper PIM.

9. Sync Count

It displays the count of items updated during the sync process from Jasper PIM to e-commerce stores.

Enhancing your visualizations.

You can easily add new visual elements to enhance your dashboard.

1. Simply press the button, then select 'Add New Dashboard'.

2. Drag and drop the widgets you want into the dashboard section.
